Dive Desk Showcased at Malaysia International Dive Expo 2016

Dive Desk representatives with Island Beach House team at MIDE 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, showcasing Maldives diving opportunities.

Dive Desk was proud to be part of the Malaysia International Dive Expo (MIDE) 2016, held at Putrajaya World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur from 29–31 July. We participated as the official dive partner for Island Beach House, a guesthouse in Hulhumalé, and welcomed visitors at booth A87.

Our goal at the expo was to promote diving and underwater experiences in Malé, the capital of the Maldives, to the Southeast Asian market, with a special focus on Malaysian travellers. The event provided excellent exposure for our growing dive business, giving us the chance to connect directly with industry professionals, regional partners, and dive enthusiasts.

Being part of MIDE 2016 was a rewarding experience that not only introduced more people to the beauty of diving in the Maldives but also strengthened Dive Desk’s presence in the regional dive tourism community.
