Maintaining Excellence: Adam Ashraf Secures Platinum Status Again in 2024

Adam Ashraf proudly achieves Platinum PADI Course Director status for the second consecutive year in 2024.

We are delighted to announce that Adam Ashraf, Co-Owner and Managing Director of Dive Desk in Malé and the Maldivian Academy of Diving in Himmafushi, has once again earned the Platinum PADI Course Director status for 2024.

This award celebrates Adam’s outstanding contributions to PADI professional development and marks his second consecutive Platinum recognition. As one of the most active trainers in the Maldives, Adam has played a pivotal role in elevating professional-level dive training locally and internationally. Notably, he was the only Maldivian Course Director to receive Platinum status in 2024.

The Platinum rating, the highest distinction for a PADI Course Director, reflects Adam’s unwavering commitment to excellence in scuba instructor development, his mentorship of aspiring dive professionals, and his dedication to raising global standards in diving education.
