Dive Desk was proud to support Project Damage Control and UWC Maldives in their efforts to clean the Rasfannu Area in Male’ on 23 February 2018. This initiative is part of a weekly clean-up program for swimming areas in Male’, organized under the Commonwealth Change-Makers programme.

The project aims to raise public awareness about the dangers of ocean pollution and littering, emphasizing that our oceans are a shared blessing that everyone should be able to enjoy. Dive Desk encourages all PADI professionals and divers to combine their love for underwater adventure with meaningful action for marine conservation—taking “fins on” steps to tackle ocean threats like pollution and habitat destruction.
