Sponges
Sponges anchor to the reef like living filters, drawing in and cleansing thousands of litres of seawater each day. By removing bacteria and recycling nutrients, they keep reef waters clear while providing shelter for shrimps, worms, and other small reef dwellers.
Common Name: Elephant Ear Sponge
