Emergency First Response training focuses on building the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively in medical emergencies. It meets the CPR and first aid requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and is valuable for anyone—not just divers.

🔸Prerequisites: None, open to divers and non-divers

🔸Time: PADI eLearning: 2-4 hours. Entire course: 4-8 hours

🔸Certification: Recognized first aid qualification valid for 24 months
